1. Scope of Services
By engaging BECK OFFICE FURNITURE WAREHOUSE, LLC, also referred to as “the Company,” the customer agrees to the operational standards set forth in this document. We aren't just a carrier; we're your logistics partner. Our services include forwarding, freight transportation, and cargo warehousing at our 1600 Front Street East Meadow facility.
2. Freight Responsibility
It's the shipper's duty to provide accurate weight and dimensions for all cargo transportation. Discrepancies may lead to delayed transit or adjusted billing. Why risk delays? Ensure your packing lists are verified by your team before pickup.
3. Payment and Billing
Invoices are due within 15 days of the delivery date unless otherwise specified in your Master Services Agreement. Late payments may result in the suspension of forwarding services.
4. Force Majeure
BECK OFFICE FURNITURE WAREHOUSE, LLC isn't liable for delays caused by atmospheric conditions, port congestion, or labor strikes. We'll always communicate proactively, but some hurdles are beyond human control. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
5. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts governing Nassau County.
